Company introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen \u00e4r en medlemsstyrd organisation. F\u00f6reningen representerar alla hyresg\u00e4ster och har \u00f6ver 500 000 medlemmar. Deras vision \u00e4r ett tryggt boende d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor och samh\u00e4lle utvecklas. F\u00f6reningen arbetar f\u00f6r att alla ska ha r\u00e4tt till en god bostad till en rimlig kostnad, s\u00e5v\u00e4l idag som i framtiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningens l\u00e5ngsiktiga inriktning \u00e4r att bli en bredare samh\u00e4llsakt\u00f6r och en m\u00f6tesplats f\u00f6r boendefr\u00e5gor. Agenda 2022 tydligg\u00f6r vad Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen ska prioritera att utveckla. Agendan styr det dagliga arbetet i hela f\u00f6reningen och \u00e4r utg\u00e5ngspunkten f\u00f6r organisationens verksamhetsplaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assignment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Uppdraget \u00e4r att genomf\u00f6ra ett ex-arbete under v\u00e5rterminen 2022 som fokuserar p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra en omv\u00e4rldsbevakning med kopplande litteratursammanst\u00e4llning och rekommendationer till Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen. Ex-arbetet skall inom ett av f\u00f6ljande teman:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Trygghet \u2013 som \u00e4ven tangerar ett st\u00f6rre perspektiv med samh\u00e4llsutveckling i samklang med Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningens boende. Just trygghet \u00e4r den viktigaste aspekten n\u00e4r Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen i sina medlemsunders\u00f6kningar fr\u00e5gar hyresg\u00e4sterna vad som g\u00f6r att man trivs med sitt boende. Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningens har tidigare utvecklat sin syn p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbar stadsutvecklingen inom begreppet LITA. D\u00e4r stadsutvecklingen beh\u00f6ver utg\u00e5 ifr\u00e5n att vara Levande, Inkluderande, Trygg och Attraktiv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 H\u00e5llbarhet utveckling med fokus p\u00e5 kopplingen mellan boende och klimatfr\u00e5gan. N\u00e5gra av perspektiven som beh\u00f6ver utforskas \u00e4r klimat vid f\u00f6rvaltning, renovering, nyproduktion av fastigheter men \u00e4ven att ge f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r hyresg\u00e4st att leva klimatsmart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex-arbetet skall vara relevant och kopplat till de strategiska dokument som nyligen antagits s\u00e5som Regionstyrelsens tre  prioriterade strategier 2022-2023. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
